PLOT is a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot – two varieties that complement each other perfectly, creating a wine of strong character and exceptional persistence. Although internationally known, they have been present in the Negotinska Krajina for more than two centuries and thrive excellently on sunny slopes rich in clay and limestone. Our terroir, tradition and barrels sometimes as old as the vineyard itself, shape a wine of strong expression and depth.

The wine has a ruby red colour and complex aromas of cherry and blackberry, imbued with discreet tones of Hungarian oak. The taste is full, strong and balanced, with pronounced tannic grip and a long aromatic finish.

The grape skins are macerated for 10 days in an inox vinifikator, then fermented in an inox tank. The wine then ages for 12 months in a combination of oak and barrique barrels, then another 2-3 months in inox before bottling.

Best served at 16-18°C, with decanting. Let it breathe in the glass and offer the full spectrum of aromas and tastes – ideal for slow, luxurious evenings and special moments.

Beef steak, rump steak, game, veal under the skin, as well as blue and hard cheeses (kačkavalj, gorgonzola). The wine's structure allows it to pair excellently with strong, rich and aromatic dishes.
