Originates from vineyards over 40 years old, in the heart of the Rogljevac-Rajac wine region, where it develops its complex and recognizable character. Thanks to the specific conditions of the Negotinska Krajina – warm days and cold nights – Game develops fuller body, more intense aromas and long aging potential, while simultaneously maintaining varietal elegance and freshness.

Aroma and Taste

The wine is dark ruby in colour, with pronounced fruity aromas of plums, cherries and subtle chocolate notes. The taste is full, with balanced acids that emphasise fruitiness, while the fine tannin structure adds depth and a long finish. In the end, it always reminds one of a chocolate box with cherry liqueur inside.

Production Process

The wine originates from carefully tended old vineyards. After fermentation, it ages for 6 months in oak barrels, then another 3 months in barrique, giving it additional complexity and refinement. The 2017 harvest was exceptional, contributing to the richness of taste and long maturation potential.

Best served at a temperature of 16-18°C, with mandatory decanting to open all the complex aromas. Serve slightly chilled and let it "breathe" – ideal for evenings with close friends and moments of complete enjoyment.
